SHINGLE COTTAGE, BRIDGEHAMPTON, NY

This modern cottage started out as a 1920's beach shack in the Hamptons on eastern Long Island, NY. Our clients' goal was to create a spare and elegant home that would comfortably fit into the neighborhood of traditional shingle style houses. The materials and classic proportions of our design harken to the past while the window style, details and color choices create a more individual and modern home.

This project includes a Pool House and Pool which helps to create a surprisingly private garden oasis on a narrow lot.
